Bruno & Son, New York, USA, ca. 1890; G. und A. Klemm, Markneukirchen, Germany, ca. 1900), including an identical one (except for the small ball on top of the grip) in the catalogue J.W. Jenkins’ Sons Music Co. (Kansas City, USA; presently Jenkins Music Company) dated ca. 1890, available at 17.5 USD.
