Short, octagonal baton made of black wood with ivory tips; octagonal body along the entire length; octagonal ivory tips, screwed to the body; grip finished with two flattened bosses and pearl blasting; inscription on the side in blue letters; monogram carved in ivory on the tip; inscription language suggests German or Austrian origin.
