Cylindrical baton; wooden body with symmetrical fittings made of silvered metal; cylindrical fittings adorned with a concave ring with engraved leaves, finished with a small metal ball on the flat top; in the middle of the body,  awide metal ring with an engraved floral ornament and a decorative inscription frame. Similar symmetrical batons can be found in the same collection under inventory numbers JSW 16, 20, 140. The name "La Lyre Catholique" in the inscription may refer to the name of a musical ensemble in France or another French-speaking country
