three-part telescopic baton – the grip section contains two more, extendable upper sections; the dark body was made of plastic and contrasts strongly with the long, light tip made of ivory (or its plastic imitation?); both tips of the baton are slightly rounded; the grip has a brass ring with an enamel rhomboid plate with an inscription
